To be a fitness model, you have to understand that our body reflects the way we feed it. So it shows what kind of food we give him. Healthy food will turn into a healthier body and all the physical activities that you have in life will be more effective.

If you don’t believe on this philosophy, then it will be difficult you ever reach to be a fitness model and to achieve a really physical good shape.

You must live a healthy lifestyle

Even it’s true that there is a genetic factor that determines somehow about our health and body. Not less true is that there are other important factors that nothing have to do with genes. What you eat in your meals and, also has a big influence, eating at the right time. These, added to the kind of activity that you follow, will determine about your results. So your chance to become a fitness model will be drastically reduced if you are not able to follow an apporpiate lifestyle.

Have a “positive self image”

For being a fitness model, you have to make the effort to have a positive image about yourself and your body. In that context you have to give only importance to your body evolution, not regarding so much about the environment or what happens in your life.

Love your body and try to be yourself. Everyone has some limits so never dream to have someone else's body. That way you will gain respect for yourself, and it will make others respect you and admire you too.

The most important thing is that, being a fitness model is not only about narcissism and physical appearance. What is more important is the fact of being physically fit and healthy which reflects the success of a well done job.
