Forget about the idea that fitness is only a question of body shape.
Our society has some stereotypes as far as body-beauty is concerned. Women have to be thin and sexy and men to have to have well marked muscles and good body shape.
Trying to emulate this standard is fairly common that people try to do efforts in exercising not thinking to be healthier and fit but only to be like their fitness models that they admire in TV, films or magazines.
In fact, being a fitness model doesn’t always implies owning a perfect body shape, so you can be a fitness model just working to become healthier and not only a sexier and physically more attractive person.
